I saw this picture and thought "So much Roman Catholicism is really over the top but this is actually quite nice and very restrained." Of course, it turns out to be the Lady Chapel at what used to be the most hard-core of the hard-core American AC parishes; which is, of course, now merely "Aff Cath." I visited (probably about 1981) but what I remembered most was the very bad neighbourhood (at the time) where it stood.
This led me (ultimately) to this Tumblr. How the mighty have fallen!
